After sale


We accept cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund. If the product has already been shipped, we cannot cancel the order.

Return (if applicable)

We accept product returns. The customer has the right to request a return within 14 days of receipt.
To be eligible for return, your item must be unused and the conditions are the same as those received. It must also be the original packaging. To complete the return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not return the purchased product to the manufacturer.
